In light of this, I read and reread my laptops manual and discovered it has an M.2 SATA-3 SSD slot which I'll definitely be wanting to take advantage of after everything I've learned about SSD's speed-wise. I've tried absolutely everything I could think of, from going on forums to following a few YouTube videos but none of them fixed this breakable lag issue I've been dealing with.

What I mean is, the game is fine and pretty much nearly lag free until I break a breakable wall then it's always lag central for about 45 seconds or more then the game is totally fine and nearly without lag.
